Jennifer Erich is currently leading the Geoscience team at the Bengaluru Technology Center in India. She has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Jennifer joined ExxonMobil as a Geoscientist in early 2000. Her initial roles in the company were specialized in the fields of Petrophysics, Operations Geology and Reservoir Characterization. Jennifer has worked many assets globally across Exploration, Development and Production. She has experience with deepwater conventional assets as well as US and S. America onshore Unconventional producing assets. Jennifer also has experience as a Commercial Negotiator working on equity management for Africa assets. Jennifer is the sponsor for the Bangalore Culture Leading to Win team, Women’s Interest Network and the PRIDE chapters, and the 2021 recipient of the GRIT Award.
