He joined a geology program at the university in France, followed by a Master degree in Geosciences from Paris School of Mine, and a PhD at the French Petroleum Institute focusing on Shale diapirs and mud volcanoes systems. He then joined Total in 2007, where he started as wellsite geologist rooky before joining the New Venture exploration team. He worked Shale Gas growth in this role, participating at several deals his company made in the Americas at the time. He then moved to Australia, where he focus on Exploration New Ventures again. Back to Paris, in 2015, he lead the Unconventional New Venture and DRO team. After a few years, he took the position of Oman & Yemen Exploration Manager, setting up an onshore exploration program in a mature area. He finally took the position of Asia Pacific Exploration Manager for TotalEnergies in 2013.
