Throughout his career spanning the UK, Russia, Egypt, and Brunei in the Shell Group of Companies, he has developed and led high-performing teams and delivered substantial improvements in production, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shamir takes pride in his role as a grandfather and father, balancing work, reading, and hill walking.
