Alexandra Arango-Larche is Vice President of Group Operations and Transformation at Technip Energies, where she leads a portfolio of initiatives to modernize the company’s operations, aiming to strengthen and align operational excellence across both digital and non-digital domains.

With extensive experience in operations and transformation, Alexandra has held several positions within Technip Energies’ operations team, including UK Managing Director, where she revitalized the company’s UK operations to capture major energy transition opportunities. Prior to joining Technip Energies, Alexandra worked with a national energy operator.

Alexandra is recognized for her practical leadership in managing complex transformations and diverse teams. She holds a double master’s degree in Statistics and Decision-Making Modelling, followed by an MBA with a focus on Project Management from CNAM, France.
