Patricia started her career with an O&G major in the UK; she has deep experience working in senior leadership roles on various international flagship projects and operations worldwide. After 23 years abroad , Patricia joined Shell Malaysia in 2021 as Production Manager and subsequently GM Transformation and Energy Transition. She is currently the Country GM HSSE for Shell Malaysia.

She holds a PhD. in CCS and Masters from Newcastle University, UK. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Mech. Engineers UK and is a published author.
