William serves as the Deputy Director of IPA’s Energy Practice, managing clients, developing and leading research studies, continuing as an analyst for complex megaprojects globally, and assisting in the development of IPA’s intellectual property and business lines. William has benchmarked over 400 projects across the energy portfolio, including all forms of onshore and offshore exploration and production assets to wind, solar, and hydrogen projects, for cost, schedule, and carbon competitive performances against Industry from various upstream and downstream companies.
