Norizah is the General Manager - Malaysia Projects, who is accountable for managing safe, competitive and efficient delivery of all projects in Shell Malaysia Upstream business.

She started her career in Shell after completing a degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Kentucky. She has extensive experience in upstream oil and gas with coverage from front end engineering to platform start up; of which predominately in Shell working on project execution and non-operated venture and a few years gained outside Shell working on integrated development for projects in Malaysia, Middle East and Russia. Norizah is also the President of Shell Women Action Network (SWAN), a network that is championing women in Shell Malaysia.
