For PETRONAS Staff working in PETRONAS LNG Complex, no pre-registration is required to enter the premise.

For PETRONAS staff located outside of the PETRONAS LNG Complex or do not have access to enter the premises to attend PDD2023@Bintulu, fill out and submit this MS Form for pre-registration to ease the process of entering the complex. Your name will be given to Group Security at the PETRONAS LNG Complex in Bintulu when this form is submitted. Upon arrival at the main entrance, you will need to proceed to the security post or guardhouse for identity validation prior to being allowed entry.

As for non-PETRONAS visitors who are invited to join PDD2023@Bintulu, please fill out and submit the MS Form for pre-registration. Similarly, your details will be shared with Group Security and a Meeting Experience System (MEET) invitation will be sent to your email for you to upload your photo. You will receive a QR Code and please display the QR Code at the security post of the main entrance for identity validation before entering the premise.
