Kanok Intharawijitr, aged 62, started with the current position as Country Manager, Malaysia asset, PTTEP in January 2023 with 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Upon completion of his degree in Science Geology from Chiangmai University, he joined DMR in 1983 and subsequently joined PTTEP in 1990.

He works for 31 years in PTTEP; in the middle part of his career, he was assigned as the Senior Manager, Myanmar Operating Assets while later years he held various key management positions where he manage and control overall activities of Myanmar Operating Assets and Myanmar Asset management, JV Projects. Subsequently, he had been assigned to manage Exploration Project Division, Thai Exploration Project, Geosciences and Technology Division. In July 2018 to December 2021, he was assuming his position as Executive Vice President, Geosciences, Subsurface, and Exploration Group.
