Lead and manage integrated communications strategies and engagement for iCEP which includes corporate communications, brand management, reputation management and media management which will be deployed through clear communication of strategic initiatives on the channels and platforms, in order to ensure consistent dissemination of information and key messages to targeted internal and external stakeholders with the aim to add values to iCEP’s brand and reputation.
1. Corporate CommunicationsLead, manage and drive the development of effective communication strategies, manage internal and external communications, drive content for mass media , foster relationships with advocates and key persons, management of Public Relation communication activities and facilitate the communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership to strengthen, elevate and amplify iCEP’s brand as an innovative and progressive event organiser and elevate the stature of events organised by iCEP thus promoting a positive public image of the Company. The role will also involve taking charge of aligning key messages to be used by other teams within the Company as required by events or conferences that iCEP organises.
2. Brand Management & Communications Governance
Lead the development of brand strategies, data analysis, develop reports and insights in measuring the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide strategic recommendations to identify growth opportunities for the brand, acting as the custodian of all published communication materials. The Manager of Brand & Corporate Communications will also be required to lead the development of promotional materials, advertising & design, managing promotional campaigns across print, broadcast, monitor and ensure brand compliance in all communications, lead, research on and monitor market trends for the brand to improve and/or maintain stakeholder perceptions creating brand affinity, brand credibility and increase the equity of iCEP's brand and the events it organises.
3. Media Management
Lead and manage media management efforts and initiatives, media campaigns, organise and plan media relation activities by liaising with media and coordinating interviews and statements, foster a healthy relationship with the media and seek strategic promotional placements in print, broadcast and online media to nurture strong media network, increase awareness and develop enviable corporate image of iCEP and the events it organises.
4. Reputation Management
Lead and manage efforts and initiatives to develop iCEP’s brand reputation mechanisms, reputation crisis management plan, strengthen iCEP’s brand presence, reputation and build brand credibility, create online publicity and promote iCEP’s brand name on multiple channels and identify the best ways to promote and increase brand visibility to empower iCEP’s brand presence and create a positive, reliable and trustworthy brand image of iCEP and the events it organises.
5. Management of Communication Channels
Manage and improve portfolio of communication channels and platforms for dissemination of messages to stakeholders through research and benchmarking and recommending the most efficient and effective strategy to ensure that the intent of the messages is effectively delivered to a diverse group of domestic and international stakeholders to attract participation and generate interest for conference and events organised by iCEP.
6. Stakeholder Networking
Lead and manage effective working relationship and rapport with iCEP’s stakeholders by networking, syndicating and engaging relevant stakeholders for updated information which will be incorporated in various communication platforms to elevate iCEP and its organised event’s brand presence and to further help build and strengthen the reputation locally and internationally.
