We are looking for professionals to support iCEP’s objective is to remain relevant by embracing digital features to stay connected, gain brand awareness and brand loyalty with current and potential customers, while offering personalised value to them.
1. Responsibilities
- Work in cross-functional projects using data analysis, data mining and data modelling to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and optimise operational efficiency.
- Planning of data strategy, data governance and quality controls, supported by Heads of Department.
- Design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and performance metrics.
- Optimise processes for data intake, validation and mining as well as modelling and visualisation.
- Identify patterns, trends and correlations in complex data from multiple sources.
- Work with other business units and vendors to develop the solution, test and implement the deliverables.
- Instil knowledge & best practices to the organization related to data management.
- Support other IT initiatives in application development, network, cybersecurity, IT asset management and more, including requirements management, development and testing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
2. Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics and programming.
- Experience with data query languages e.g. SQL, R, Python, SAS.
- Experience with data analytic tool e.g. Power BI, Tableau, GitHub, etc. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
- An analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and write comprehensive reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solutions / Tools Capabilities:
- Familiar with Azure Environment (Cloud, Azure Synapse and other services)
- Familiar with Microsoft Environment (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint and other services)
- Familiar with Business process automation or workflow tools (JotForm, Nintex, Kissflow and other services) or experience as a developer.
